Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and scaling of large-scale, distributed, enterprise-grade systems. This role requires a strong hands-on engineering mindset combined with technical leadership, architectural ownership, and a product-first approach.

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for making critical architectural decisions, mentoring senior engineers, and ensuring the delivery of reliable, scalable, and high-performance systems built for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of scalable distributed systems and core platform services.

- Own system architecture decisions, including performance, scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance.

- Act as a hands-on technical leader, contributing directly to production-quality code.

- Guide engineering teams on best practices, design patterns, and system trade-offs.

- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Drive adoption of cloud-native architectures and modern engineering practices.

- Ensure engineering excellence through code reviews, design reviews, and technical mentorship.

- Identify and resolve system bottlenecks, operational risks, and scalability challenges.

- Promote a culture of ownership, execution, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience :

Experience :

- 10- 12 years of professional software engineering experience.

- Proven experience building and scaling large-scale distributed systems and enterprise-grade products.

Systems & Architecture :

- Strong expertise in designing high-availability, low-latency, and scalable architectures.

- Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts such as consistency, fault tolerance, concurrency, and data partitioning.

Infrastructure & Cloud :

- Strong hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform : AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Experience designing cloud-native systems using scalable compute, storage, and networking primitives.

Programming & Engineering :

- Strong hands-on proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or equivalent backend languages.

- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and production-grade code.

Mindset & Leadership :

- Product-first mindset with a passion for building AI-powered or intelligent systems as products, not services.

- Strong execution focus with the ability to drive ideas from concept to production.
