Tech Lead - Full Stack Development

Job Overview :

We are hiring a Tech Lead Fullstack Developer with 712 years of experience to join our engineering team in Bengaluru (Hybrid 3 days in office). You will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling enterprise-class SaaS products in a high-growth environment.

Job Role :

- Lead the design and development of scalable microservices-based SaaS products.

- Work across backend (Java, Spring Boot) and frontend (ReactJS / modern JS frameworks).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, test, and deploy front-end and back-end components.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs with best practices.

- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of services.

- Contribute to architecture design & UML artifacts.

- Establish and enforce software engineering best practices.

- Debug and optimize services for performance issues.

- Create frameworks and accelerators to expedite development.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver sprint goals.

- Share knowledge via mentorship, blogs, and whitepapers.

Must-Have Skills :

- 7- 12 years of experience in fullstack development.

- Strong expertise in Java & Spring Boot.

- Frontend skills with ReactJS (or other modern JS frameworks).

- Experience in microservices architecture, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes.

- Proficiency with PostgreSQL and database management.

- Strong knowledge of multithreading, context switching, ACID properties, transaction management.

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / GCP).

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Data integration tools : Pentaho Kettle / Apache Nifi.

- Experience in healthcare / SaaS products.

- Knowledge of API Gateway, Hibernate, JPA.
