Job Overview :
We are seeking a 3 + years of experienced PLM Teamcenter Training Content Developer who will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training materials for Siemens Teamcenter, including guides, e-learning modules, and videos. Works with PLM experts to translate complex processes into engaging, audience-specific learning resources, supporting user adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements :
1. Create and maintain training materials for Siemens Teamcenter, including user guides, e-learning modules, quick reference cards, and video tutorials.
2. Collaborate with PLM functional and technical experts to gather process knowledge and translate it into clear, learner-focused content.
3. Adapt training resources to reflect organisation-specific Teamcenter configurations, workflows, and data models.
4. Develop structured training programs for different audiences business end-users.
5. Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to enhance engagement and retention.
6. Use authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Snagit for interactive, multimedia-rich materials.
7. Manage and publish content via Learning Management Systems (LMS), tracking learner progress and completion.
8. Conduct trial training sessions, gather feedback, and refine content for continuous improvement.
9. Maintain content version control to align with Teamcenter upgrades, enhancements, and process changes.
10. Hold relevant certifications such as Siemens Teamcenter Certification, Instructional Design Certification, or Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM).
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 6+ years experience in PLM training content development, preferably Teamcenter.
- Proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Snagit.
- Experience with LMS platforms and content version control.
- Certifications : Siemens Teamcenter Certification, Instructional Design Certification, or CPT
