Teamcenter Functional Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform Teamcenter Functional Analysis to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable PLM solutions.

- Lead Teamcenter Solution Design aligned with business processes and system architecture.

- Develop and customize Teamcenter PLM solutions based on client and project needs.

- Design, develop, and maintain Teamcenter ITK customizations.

- Configure and manage Teamcenter using BMIDE.

- Work extensively with Teamcenter SOA services, TCXML configurations, and XSLT.

- Configure and support Workflows, Organization structures, Access Control (ACL), and BOM Management.

- Ensure effective integration of Teamcenter with CAD systems, SAP, ERP, and other in-house applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, architects, and infrastructure teams.

- Troubleshoot complex issues across application, database, and integration layers.

- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and performance tuning.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience working with Teamcenter PLM.

- Strong experience in Teamcenter Functional Analysis and Solution Design.

- Proven experience in Teamcenter development and customizations.

- Hands-on expertise in Teamcenter ITK customization.

- Strong understanding of Teamcenter architecture, including : Database Server Application Server Web Server Dispatcher Expertise in BMIDE Configuration.

- Experience with : Teamcenter SOA TCXML & XSLT Workflow configuration Organization & Access Control (ACL) BOM Management Experience integrating Teamcenter with CAD, SAP, ERP, or other enterprise applications.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Teamcenter upgrades and migrations.

- Knowledge of performance tuning and system optimization.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in global delivery or Agile environments.
