Job Description

Key Responsibilities :


- Develop, configure, and deploy solutions within the Siemens Teamcenter PLM framework.

- Perform installation, configuration, and deployment of Teamcenter environments.

- Customize Teamcenter components such as BOM, Change Management, Access Management, Utilities, Templates, etc.

- Provide Level 2 support for Teamcenter-related issues and work with internal/external teams to resolve them.

- Understand customer requirements and deliver tailored PLM solutions.

- Troubleshoot technical issues across rich client, server, and utility development layers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and system enhancement.

- Coordinate with third-party vendors for problem resolution and escalation.

- Monitor support team activities and generate metrics to track performance.

- Ensure data integrity and recommend solutions for data inconsistencies.

- Educate internal team members on product capabilities and best practices.


Required Skills :


- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in Teamcenter PLM development and support.

Strong hands-on experience with :

- BMIDE

- Bill of Materials (BOM)

- Change Management

- Access Management

- Installation, Configuration, and Deployment

- Good understanding of Teamcenter architecture and customization.

- Experience in support projects and incident resolution.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Ability to coordinate activities, gather requirements, and deliver on time.

- Exposure to metrics tracking and reporting.


Preferred Qualifications :


- Experience with Teamcenter Unified Architecture and Active Workspace.

- Background in product design or manufacturing domains.

- Familiarity with ticketing tools and support methodologies (ITIL preferred).
