Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter Administrator / Consultant to manage, configure, and support Siemens Teamcenter PLM environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in installation, configuration, customization, and user support for Teamcenter Unified Architecture (UA) and solid understanding of PLM processes and integrations with CAD/ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and maintain Teamcenter UA environments (installation, upgrades, and patches).

- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access control policies.

- Configure and support Workflows, Lifecycle templates, Change Management, and BOM Management.

- Perform system monitoring, issue resolution, and performance optimization.

- Coordinate with development and IT teams for Teamcenter customization and integration.

- Implement and support CAD integrations (NX, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.).

- Assist in data migration, deployment, and backup/recovery activities.

- Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials.

- Collaborate with functional and business teams to ensure smooth PLM operations.

Skills :

- 2-15 Years in Team Center

- Specialist in Teamcenter PLM and Active Workspace (AWC) configuration and customization

- Experience in Teamcenter 11.x+ and AWC 5.x+ implementation

- Experience in ITK customization

- Experience in configuring data model with BMIDE

- Experience in working with SOA services

- Experience in developing interfaces with Teamcenter

- Experience in Teamcenter Part Management, BoM Management, Change Management, Mfg BoM Management, Service BoM Management and Document Management

- Experience in TcUA development

- Experience in working with Hi-Tech industries

- Experience in working with multiple vendor environment

- Experience in Agile and Waterfall Framework with its deliverables and project cycles
