Key Responsibilities :

Core Administration :

- Administer and manage Teamcenter Unified Architecture (UA) environments.

- Handle server manager, FSC, web-tier, and enterprise-tier components.

- Monitor system performance, logs, and ensure environment uptime.

Installation & Configuration :

- Install and configure Teamcenter, Active Workspace, and supporting components.

- Perform environment setup (DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD), cloning, and configuration refinement.

Patching & Upgrades :

- Execute Teamcenter upgrades, patch applications, and IR/PR fixes.

- Validate functionality after patching and ensure smooth environment rollout.

Deployment Center (DCC) :

- Manage deployments using Teamcenter Deployment Center.

- Automate and standardize installation and upgrade activities via DCC.

- Maintain deployment scripts, templates, and environment packages.

Dispatcher Management :

- Configure and maintain Teamcenter Dispatcher framework.

- Manage CAD translation jobs, monitor queues, troubleshoot failures.

- Coordinate with CAD/PLM teams to optimize workflows.

Support & Maintenance :

- Provide L2/L3 support for Teamcenter issues.

- Work with IT teams for server, database, and infrastructure alignment.

- Maintain backups, restore environments, and support DR activities.

Multisite (Added Advantage) :

- Support Teamcenter Multisite configuration and replication monitoring.

- Troubleshoot site-to-site sync issues (optional but beneficial).

Mandatory Skills :

- Teamcenter Core Administration (UA environment management, server manager, FSC, web/enterprise tiers).

- Teamcenter Installation & Configuration (Teamcenter, Active Workspace, environment setup, cloning).

- Deployment Center (DCC) for deployments, automation, and standardized installation/upgrade workflows.

- Patching & Upgrade execution, IR/PR fixes, and post-patch validation.

- Dispatcher Administration including CAD translation setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

- Multisite configuration and replication troubleshooting (added advantage)
