We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated, and skilled Team Lead for our Web Development Team.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, excellent client communication abilities, and a solid technical background in modern web development technologies including React, Node.js, and Laravel.

The candidate must be well-versed in managing teams, solving complex technical problems, and driving the successful execution of projects from requirement gathering to deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of web developers to deliver high-quality web applications.

- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, provide technical consultancy, and ensure timely project delivery.

- Handle project planning, task allocation, progress tracking, and risk management for multiple web development projects.

- Analyze client requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions with scalable architecture.

- Ensure adherence to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices in all stages of development.

- Drive innovation by exploring and integrating cutting-edge AI tools and technologies into applications.

- Review code, ensure development best practices, and perform regular code audits.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers for smooth project execution.

- Manage deployments, updates, and maintenance of applications on cloud servers (AWS/DigitalOcean/etc.).

- Utilize version control systems like Git or Bitbucket for efficient code management and collaboration.

- Ensure secure and performance-optimized web applications aligned with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience of 3+ years in a leadership role managing a web development team.

- Strong experience in React.js, Node.js, and Laravel.

- Solid understanding of REST APIs, MVC architecture, and modern front-end/backend development workflows.

- Exposure to AI tools integration (e.g., OpenAI, Google AI, TensorFlow.js, or related technologies).

- Hands-on experience with SaaS product development and deployment.

- Good working knowledge of Opencart or other shopping CMS platforms is a strong advantage.

- Expertise in application deployment, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure management.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.

- Excellent communication, client-handling, and team collaboration s.
