Role Overview :

We are looking for a Python Content Developer- Team Lead to own and drive the creation, curation, and quality of Python-based learning content.

This role blends strong technical expertise, instructional design understanding, and people leadership, ensuring learners receive industry-relevant, high-quality content aligned to current technology trends.

You will lead a team of content developers, collaborate closely with SMEs, product, and delivery teams, and ensure timely, scalable content delivery across programs.

Technical Skills :

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in Python programming.

Solid understanding of :

- OOP, data structures, algorithms.

- File handling, exception handling.

- APIs and libraries (NumPy, Pandas, etc.

- Exposure to frameworks (Flask/Django) is a plus.

Content & Pedagogy :

- Prior experience in technical content creation, curriculum design, or training.

- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learner levels.

- Experience with assessments, assignments, and project-based learning.

Leadership & Soft Skills :

- Proven experience leading and mentoring teams.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Good to Have :

- Experience in edtech or corporate training environments.

- Exposure to LMS platforms and learning analytics.

- Knowledge of AI/ML or Data Science learning paths.

- Trainer enablement or train-the-trainer experience.
