Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage enterprise Cisco network infrastructure and provide advanced technical support.

- Design, configure, and troubleshoot routing and switching environments.

- Resolve complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues and perform root-cause analysis.

- Configure and manage Cisco firewall technologies and Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW).

- Implement and troubleshoot IDS/IPS and network security solutions.

- Manage and troubleshoot Cisco ACI environments and data-center networking.

- Support VMware NSX networking and security infrastructure.

- Configure and troubleshoot Palo Alto / Check Point firewalls, security policies, NAT, VPN, and related services.

- Monitor network performance, availability, and security and proactively address potential issues.

- Handle major incidents, escalations, and problem-management activities.

- Coordinate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams to resolve cross-functional issues.

- Support network upgrades, migrations, configuration changes, and infrastructure transformation initiatives.

- Maintain network documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and operational standards.

Requirements:

- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking.

- Strong knowledge of routing and network troubleshooting.

- Experience with Cisco firewall technologies.

- Strong understanding of Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW).

- Knowledge of IDS/IPS technologies.

- Strong incident and problem-resolution capabilities.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues independently.

- Cisco ACI.

- VMware NSX.

- Palo Alto or Check Point firewall experience.

- Cloud-based networking/services exposure.

- CCNP-level knowledge or certification.
