Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Full Stack Developers.

- Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

- Drive technical decision-making, code quality standards, and development best practices.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and support team growth.

- Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.

- Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and security.

- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and project delivery activities.

- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges and production issues.

- Promote innovation and engineering excellence through modern development practices and AI-assisted coding tools.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 6+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.

- Minimum 2 years of experience leading software development teams.

- Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB.

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

- Strong understanding of Software Design Principles, Design Patterns, and System Architecture.

- Experience building REST APIs and Microservices-based applications.

- Hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Next.js.

- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.

- Understanding of DevOps and Infrastructure Automation practices.

- Experience working in high-growth product or technology environments.
