Primary Responsibility :


We are a national level online platform which facilitates financing of receivables of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) from buyers through financiers via a bidding model.


TReDS is in the business of opening of accounts, uploading, accepting, discounting and settlement of invoices by way of Factoring / Reverse Factoring and also provide such other services as permitted by the RBI from time-to-time.

Desired Candidate Profile :


- Experience : Prior experience of 8-10 years


- Education : Bachelors Degree, MBA, MS, M.


Tech, MCA (Computer Science/IT) Certification : Product Management Training, Leadership and Management Training


- Skills : Strategic Thinking, Leadership, Communication Skills, Agile Methodologies, Team Collaboration Excellent people management skills including leadership, development and coaching skills.


- Industry : Fintech/Digital Payments/Financial Services/Banks/NBFC/Supply Chain Finance/ Trade Finance/ Invoice Discounting Platform/Commercial Banking/Investment Banking/Venture Capital/Micro Finance/Capital Loan


- Key Skills : Candidate must have prior working knowledge as-well-as experience in Agile / Scrum practices with ability to Plan and Manage tasks, teams wt key organizational as well as project deliverables.


Candidate must also have had hands-on developer experience in the past.


- Additional Skills : Any experience on working on Java Springboot Microservices will be a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities :


As a Software development lead, you will be instrumental in shaping our technology endeavours.


Your role encompasses :


- Driving a world-class fintech product development for the organization to create best-in-class products through continuous improvement, agility, and high efficiency.


- Define, implement, and evolve a business strategy through technology research using data that will lead to the origination of new business services or advancement of existing businesses across platform.


- Act as an owner to execute product strategy and vision.


- Provide project & technical leadership to deliver software solutions that exceed customer and stakeholder expectations.


- Drive innovative development processes across the Product Development organization, including movement toward agile.


- Manage timely software and product deliverables by meticulous Agile / Sprint planning.


- Be responsible for key technical areas of core products and services.


- Constantly pursue and learn industry leading/innovative solutions.


- Drive cross-functional success by collaborating with leadership from Sales, Operation and business.


- Updating the technical competitiveness of existing products.


- Development and execution of short- and long-term product roadmaps.


- Introduction of new potential technologies.


- Driving the development of the new generation products in line with market needs.


- Foster individual, team, and organization growth, while maintaining a strong, inclusive, customer-focused culture.


- Facilitate rapid hiring and onboarding of dynamic, diverse engineering talent.


- Create, communicate, and track key performance and delivery metrices on the efficiency of the Product.
