We are hiring a Tech Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Laravel and Angular. You will lead a development team, architect scalable solutions, and ensure high-quality code delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality web applications.

- Architect, design, and develop scalable full-stack solutions using Laravel (PHP) and Angular.

- Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and enforce best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, and Product Management.

- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

- Manage project timelines, estimations, and deliverables.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong expertise in Laravel (backend) and Angular (frontend).

- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and REST APIs.

- Experience with Git version control and deployment processes.

- Understanding of MVC architecture and modern development workflows.
