Job Summary:

We are seeking a Team Lead - Enterprise Architect to anchor technology governance and transformation for a major Insurance enterprise in Thane. You will lead the Architecture Review Board (ARB), establish enterprise technology standards, and drive the AS-IS to TO-BE digital roadmapmodernizing core legacy infrastructure into cloud-native architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architecture Review Board (ARB) Leadership: Chair and direct ARBs; establish enterprise-wide technology standards, security guidelines, and coding practices across multiple cross-functional engineering teams.

- AS-IS to TO-BE Strategy: Map existing legacy applications (AS-IS) and define the multi-year target state architecture (TO-BE) aligned with overall business goals.

- Legacy-to-Cloud Modernization: Lead complex migration and modernization strategies, transitioning monolithic legacy systems to scalable, cloud-native (AWS/Azure), event-driven microservices platforms.

- Governance & Standards: Ensure strict architectural compliance, evaluate technical debt, and enforce unified security, integration, and API frameworks across squad deliveries.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of Solution, Application, and Domain Architects.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 10+ years total IT experience with proven expertise in Enterprise Architecture & Governance within Insurance (Life/GI), Banking, NBFC, or Large Scale BFSI Enterprise systems.

- Frameworks & Skills: Deep hands-on experience running Architecture Review Boards (ARBs), setting coding/security standards, and executing legacy-to-cloud transformation programs.

- Tech Stack: Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure), Microservices, TOGAF, Enterprise Security Protocols, API Management, and Integration Architecture.
