Team Lead - C++/System Development

Role Summary :

We're looking for a skilled Team Lead - C++ Systems Developer to lead a team of engineers in designing and developing high-performance C++ applications on Linux. This role combines hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities, focusing on quality delivery, performance optimization, and system-level development.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design and maintain efficient, scalable C++ code

2. Lead and mentor a development team

3. Debug, optimize, and resolve system-level issues

4. Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices

5. Evaluate tools and technologies as needed

Requirements :

1. 8+ years in C++ development with strong system programming skills (Multithreading, IPC, Sockets)

2. Deep understanding of OOP, design patterns, and TDD

3. Strong debugging and performance tuning abilities

4. Linux platform expertise
