We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to design and implement a biometric face recognition module integrated with our HRMS (Human Resource Management System). The ideal candidate should have strong experience in computer vision, Python frameworks, and database integration.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and optimise face detection and recognition algorithms using OpenCV, Dlib, and Face Recognition libraries.

- Build Python-based web services (Flask/Django) to integrate biometric data with the HRMS database.

- Create and maintain employee registration, attendance tracking, and reporting modules.

- Handle real-time camera feed processing and data validation for recognition accuracy.

- Ensure data security, access control, and system performance optimisation.

- Collaborate with HR and IT teams for system integration and deployment.

Requirements :

- Strong proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming.

- Hands-on experience with OpenCV, Dlib, Face Recognition libraries.

- Experience with Flask or Django web frameworks.

- Proficiency in SQL (MySQL / SQL Server).

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON-based data exchange.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.

- Prior experience in biometric or HRMS-related applications.

- Knowledge of AI/ML model training and optimisation
