Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid (TKG) Administrator to join our Core Infrastructure team. You will be responsible for deploying, managing, and maintaining production-grade Kubernetes clusters across enterprise banking environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance.

Total Experience : 5 - 12 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Deploy, upgrade, and lifecycle-manage VMware TKG (Management & Workload clusters) on vSphere / hybrid environments.

- Configure and maintain cluster networking (Tanzu Service Mesh / NSX-T), load balancing, and persistent storage.

- Implement role-based access control (RBAC), security policies, and authentication integrated with enterprise identity providers.

- Monitor cluster health, performance, and resource utilization, ensuring zero downtime for critical financial applications.

- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and patch management for cluster infrastructure.

- Support 24x7 rotational shift operations and adhere to strict ITSM/ITIL banking compliance processes.

Key Requirements :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, and container management.

- Strong expertise in VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid (TKG), tanzu CLI, and vSphere with Tanzu/Supervisor clusters.

- Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes core concepts (Pods, Deployments, StatefulSets, Ingress, CNI, CSI).

- Background in Banking / Financial Services (BFSI) environments subject to high compliance and uptime standards.

- Comfortable working in Rotational Shifts across a 6-day workweek.

- Available to join immediately or within 30 Days of time frame.
