Job Title : Talkdesk Developer


Experience Required : 3+ Years


Engagement Type : Full-Time / Part-Time (Minimum 2 hours per day)


Job Summary :


We are seeking a skilled Talkdesk Developer with 3+ years of development experience to design, build, and enhance Talkdesk-based solutions. The role is flexible and open to full-time as well as part-time professionals who can contribute at least 2 hours daily.


Key Responsibilities :


- Develop and customize Talkdesk solutions using Talkdesk APIs, SDKs, and AppConnect


- Design and implement custom integrations with CRM and third-party systems


- Build and enhance call flows, automations, and workflows programmatically


- Work on custom widgets, dashboards, and reporting solutions


- Troubleshoot and debug Talkdesk-related development issues


- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of Talkdesk applications


- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions


Required Skills & Experience :


- 3+ years of experience as a Talkdesk Developer


- Strong hands-on experience with Talkdesk APIs, Webhooks, and Integrations


- Proficiency in JavaScript / Node.js (or relevant backend languages)


- Experience working with REST APIs and JSON


- Good understanding of contact center workflows and telephony concepts


- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills


- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


Engagement Details :


Employment Type : Full-Time / Part-Time


Availability : Minimum 2 hours per day for part-time involvement


Location : Remote / Hybrid


Good to Have :


- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)


- Talkdesk platform certifications


- Experience in cloud-based or SaaS environments
