We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tableau + Redshift Developer to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana, India. This is an exciting opportunity for a data professional with 6 to 9 years of experience to play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be instrumental in supporting data consumers, conducting data discovery, and documenting data models to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

As a Tableau + Redshift Developer, your main responsibilities will include :

- Support and Issue Resolution : Provide robust support for business data-related issues, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders.

- Data Discovery : Proactively identify and locate optimal data sources that effectively meet evolving business requirements.

Data Documentation and Modeling :

- Analyze new data requirements thoroughly and translate them into detailed documentation for data model improvements.

- Design and maintain comprehensive conceptual and logical data models.

- Develop and update related data flow maps, glossaries, and rulebooks within our systems.

Communication & Presentation :

- Serve as the primary interface between data consumers and technical teams (Intel DS / SE INTEL).

- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex data concepts clearly.

- Design and prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations for monthly and quarterly meetings, effectively conveying insights and progress.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- Experience : 6 to 9 years of proven experience in data analysis and development.

- Data Requirements : Strong experience in gathering and analyzing data requirements from various business stakeholders.

- AWS & Tableau Expertise : In-depth knowledge and hands-on work experience with AWS and Tableau.

- ERP Systems Knowledge : Good understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and how data is structured and organized within them.

- Data Querying : Proficient and in-depth knowledge of data querying techniques.

- Microsoft Excel : Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.

- Presentation Skills : Exceptional PowerPoint presentation skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and compelling visuals.

- Business Acumen : Good working knowledge of business processes and their underlying data requirements.

- Data Semantics : Solid working knowledge of data semantics and their application in data modeling.
