Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Connect Tableau Desktop and Tableau Cloud to Salesforce Data 360 using OAuth authentication

- Design and develop interactive, dynamic dashboards and visualizations using Tableau NEXTs semantic layer

- Leverage Agentforce to deliver personalized and agent-driven analytics insights

- Optimize and manage data pipelines to support large-scale and real-time analytics use cases

- Ensure strong data governance and consistency across semantic models

- Embed Tableau analytics seamlessly into Salesforce applications to support stakeholder decision-making

- Troubleshoot data integration issues and perform performance tuning for large and complex datasets

- Support real-time data streaming and handling of unified customer profiles from Data 360

- Train internal teams on agentic analytics features and best practices

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4- 6 years of hands-on experience in Tableau development

- Strong proficiency in : Tableau NEXT semantic layer Salesforce Data 360 connectors OAuth authentication mechanisms SQL for querying and data modeling

- Python for data preparation and transformation

- Experience embedding dashboards within Salesforce environments

- Strong understanding of data modeling, visualization best practices, and governance frameworks

- Hands-on experience with AI-powered analytics tools, including Agentforce

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with real-time data streaming architectures

- Exposure to large-scale customer data platforms and unified data models

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
