Tableau Lead - Report & Dashboard Design

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Tableau dashboards and reports.

- Utilize advanced Tableau features including LOD expressions, Table Calculations, Parameters, and Actions.

- Perform SQL querying, data modeling, and ETL optimization to support dashboard requirements.

- Ensure dashboards are user-friendly with effective UI/UX design and optimized for performance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

- Work with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, Azure, or Databricks for data integration and modeling.

- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on best practices.

Must-Have Skills :

- SQL & Data Modeling : Strong ability to write complex queries and design efficient data models.

- Performance Tuning : Optimize dashboards for speed and efficiency.

- Cloud Platforms : Exposure to Snowflake, Redshift, Azure, or Databricks.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Knowledge of data governance and BI best practices
