Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective data solutions.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting thorough testing and validation of data sources.

- Optimize and enhance existing Tableau visualizations for improved performance and user experience.

- Provide technical support and training to end-users on Tableau best practices and functionalities.

- Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and industry trends to continually enhance the teams capabilities.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of Tableau dashboards.

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively.

- Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.

Profile-Tableau Lead and Admin :

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain Tableau Server and its components, ensuring high availability and performance.

- Collaborate with data analysts and other stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide solutions.

- Implement best practices for Tableau administration, including user management, permissions, and data governance.

- Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, ensuring minimal downtime.

- Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users on Tableau functionalities and best practices.

- Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Tableau with other systems and data sources.

- Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and updates to continuously enhance the Tableau environment.

- Lead and mentor a team of Tableau professionals, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in Tableau Administration with proven expertise in managing Tableau Server.

- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

- Experience in leading teams and project management.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
