- Lead and mentor a team of Tableau developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and performance feedback.

- Manage project timelines, resource planning, task allocation, and delivery quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, business stakeholders, and product owners.

- Drive best practices around visualization standards, UI/UX for dashboards, and governance processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 810 years of experience in BI, analytics, or data visualization roles.

- Expert-level proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.

- Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, performance tuning, and analytical thinking.

- Hands-on experience with QlikView or Qlik Sense, including expression writing and data model understanding.

- Proven experience in migrating Qlik dashboards to Tableau.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Education :
- BE/BTech in IT or related field
