Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Tableau Developer with strong expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, build insightful dashboards, automate workflows, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards, stories, and reports.

- Build and optimise Power BI dashboards, datasets, dataflows, and paginated reports.

- Develop Power Apps applications to support business processes and integrate with data sources.

- Create end-to-end workflow automations using Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows).

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Connect, transform, and model data from multiple sources including SQL databases, cloud data platforms, and Excel/CSV.

- Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and visual design best practices.

- Maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, and workflows.

- Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and enhancements.

- Ensure security, governance, and compliance across BI platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience as a Tableau Developer or BI Developer.

- Strong proficiency in:

- Tableau Desktop & Tableau Server

- Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Data Modeling)

- Power Apps (Canvas apps, Model-driven apps)

- Power Automate (Flows and Integrations)

- Strong SQL skills (joins, stored procedures, data modeling).

- Experience with ETL processes and connecting to various data sources.

- Good understanding of data visualization principles and UI/UX best practices.

- Ability to work with stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, SQL).

- Knowledge of Python or R for data processing.

- Experience with version control (Git).

- Tableau or Microsoft certifications.
