Role: Tableau Developer.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Tableau Developer to work within our Salesforce team.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visual analytics that support strategic decision-making across Kenverse and Turbostart.

You will collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights.

Location: Kolkata.

Experience Required: 2-3 years.

What Youll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and visual analytics solutions.

- Collaborate with Salesforce developers to extract data from Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Education Cloud.

- Optimize Tableau data models, queries, and workflows for performance and scalability.

- Translate business requirements into clear visualizations for stakeholders.

- Develop custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making across the organization.

- Support integration of Tableau with Salesforce and other systems as required.

- Conduct testing, troubleshoot, and debug Tableau reports and data visualizations.

- Document dashboards, data sources, and processes for sustainability and handover.

- Mentor junior analysts or developers as needed.

- Stay up-to-date with Tableau releases, best practices, and industry trends.

Our Ideal Candidate :

Must Have :

- 2-4 years of hands-on Tableau development experience (desktop, server, or online).

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Education Cloud.

- Expertise in data modeling, data visualization, and dashboard design.

- Experience integrating Tableau with Salesforce (reports, extracts, or APIs).

- Strong SQL and data extraction skills.

- Knowledge of performance optimization in Tableau dashboards.

- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have :

- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Salesforce data model.

- Exposure to Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).

- Knowledge of Mulesoft, Omnistudio, AgentForce, Data Cloud, or other integration platforms.

- Tableau certifications (Desktop Specialist or Certified Professional).

- Experience with large data volumes and advanced analytics.

- Experience in Data engineering (for example Databricks, Python, Spark).
