Role Overview:

We are looking for a Tableau Developer with strong expertise in SQL, dashboard development, and data analysis. The role will be responsible for delivering analytics solutions end-to-end, from understanding business requirements and analysing data to developing dashboards, generating insights, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports based on business requirements.

- Work with SQL to extract, transform, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources.

- Own the end-to-end delivery of analytical solutions, from problem definition and data analysis through visualization and insight generation.

- Contribute to the design of analytical approaches, methodologies, and modelling strategies.

- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and business insights aligned with defined objectives.

- Work closely with managers, data analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to develop appropriate analytical and modelling approaches.

- Work with large and diverse datasets and multiple data sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy.

- Proactively collaborate with client data and IT teams to identify and resolve data-related issues.

- Use analytical tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to perform analysis and develop data-driven solutions.

- Translate complex analytical and technical findings into concise, easy-to-understand insights and presentations for business stakeholders.

- Perform ad-hoc analysis and support stakeholders with data-driven decision-making.

- Continuously improve dashboards, analytical processes, data models, and reporting solutions.

Required Candidate Profile:

- 3 - 7 years of experience in Tableau Development, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Tableau, including dashboard development, data visualization, calculated fields, parameters, filters, and performance optimization.

- Strong SQL skills with experience working with large and complex datasets.

- Experience handling and analysing data from multiple sources and assessing data quality.

- Strong understanding of data analysis, visualization, and analytical methodologies.

- Working knowledge of Python and/or Power BI for data analysis and visualization.

- Ability to independently manage analytical assignments from requirements gathering through final delivery.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

- Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information for business audiences.

- Experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders will be preferred.
