- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.

- Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.

- Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports.

- Perform data validation and troubleshooting for dashboards and reports.

- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to improve data models and reporting efficiency.

- Support ongoing enhancements and maintenance of existing dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience as a Tableau Developer or BI Developer.

- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, CTEs, performance tuning).

- Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.

- Good understanding of data warehousing concepts.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Tableau performance optimization techniques.

- Exposure to other BI tools or scripting languages (Python, R).

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
