Job Summary :

As a Tableau Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that translate complex data into actionable insights. Youll work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to ensure our data storytelling is both powerful and intuitive.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Tableau dashboards and reports

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications

- Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs

- Maintain and enhance existing Tableau solutions

- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making

- Ensure data security and compliance with organizational standards

- Document processes, workflows, and best practices

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Tableau development

- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling

- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes

- Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices

- Familiarity with Tableau Server/Online administration

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker)

- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Understanding of Agile methodologies
