Tableau Developer - Analytics Dashboards

Job Brief :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tableau Developer to join our analytics and business intelligence team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and visualizations that transform raw data into actionable insights to support business decision-making.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and data engineers to understand data needs and translate them into visual solutions.

- Converting English dashboards to Hindi Dashboards

- Gather, analyze, and document user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop complex calculations, parameters, and filters to support dynamic dashboards.

- Optimize performance of Tableau dashboards and troubleshoot any data or visualization issues.

- Maintain and support Tableau Server or Tableau Online environment, including publishing and scheduling reports.

- Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., SQL Server, Excel, cloud databases, APIs).

- Stay up-to-date with Tableau features and best practices to continuously improve BI solutions.

Qualifications :

- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases.

- Experience with data blending, joins, and data source optimization.

- Solid understanding of data governance and security practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication skills and ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
