Job Title : Tableau Developer

Experience Required : 6+ Years

Work Location : Noida / Gurgaon / Pune

Work Mode : Work From Office / Hybrid

- Dashboard Development : Build, enhance, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, following best practices.

- Optimization : Apply Tableau performance optimization techniques (data extracts, calculations, data blending, etc.) to ensure high-performing dashboards.

- Data Management : Integrate Tableau with multiple data sources (SQL, Excel, cloud, and enterprise data warehouses).

- Client Engagement : Work in close coordination with client teams, presenting solutions and resolving issues effectively.

- Documentation & Standards : Ensure proper documentation of requirements, technical specifications, and design standards.

- Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and QA, to deliver quality solutions.

- Innovation : Suggest improvements in reporting processes, tools, and methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Online.

- Tableau Certification preferred (Desktop Specialist / Certified Professional).

- Strong SQL skills for querying and data preparation.

- Good understanding of data modeling and BI concepts.

- Experience working in an Agile environment.

- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.

- Pharma domain knowledge is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to other BI/Visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik) is a plus.

- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, R) for advanced analytics.
