Description :

We are looking for an experienced System Engineer with strong expertise in Golang or Java, React, AWS, and database design. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in architecture design, product development, and UX knowledge, along with the ability to design and deliver scalable, high-performing systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable system architecture and high-performance solutions.

- Build and maintain applications using Golang or Java with React for frontend.

- Architect, deploy, and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.

- Design and optimize MySQL and Redis databases for scalability and performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product design and development.

- Ensure UX principles are incorporated into product architecture and design.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

- Perform system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and debugging.

- Lead and mentor junior engineers, promoting technical excellence across the team.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements.

Required Qualifications :

- 7 - 10 years of hands-on experience as a System Engineer / Software Engineer.

- Strong expertise in Golang or Java for backend development.

- Proficiency with React for frontend development.

- Solid experience in system architecture and product design.

- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services (deployment, scaling, monitoring).

- Expertise in MySQL and Redis database design and optimization.

- Understanding of UX best practices and ability to apply them to system design.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
