System Architect - C++/QT

Description :

We are looking for an experienced System Architect (C++ | Qt) to lead end-to-end software architecture, system design, and integration for complex software products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining scalable system architecture, leading development activities, and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with project timelines, technical standards, and business requirements.

This role requires deep expertise in C++, Qt framework, HMI design, and high-availability systems with strong leadership and system integration experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive overall software and system architecture for complex applications and platforms.

- Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions aligned with product requirements.

- Create architecture blueprints, technical specifications, design documents, and implementation guidelines.

- Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and architectural improvements.

Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle including :

- Requirement analysis

- Architecture design

- Development

- Testing

- Deployment

- Maintenance

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

- Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and technical audits.

- Architect and oversee application development using:

- C++11 / C++14 / C++17 / C++20

- Qt 5.x / Qt 6.x

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and software best practices.

- Optimize software for performance, memory management, and scalability.

- Design and architect robust, intuitive, and responsive HMI solutions.

- Work closely with UI/UX and engineering teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

- Implement real-time dashboards, visualization layers, and control interfaces.

- Design systems with high availability, failover, redundancy, and hot standby capabilities.

- Architect fault-tolerant systems ensuring minimal downtime and business continuity.

- Implement monitoring, health checks, recovery mechanisms, and disaster readiness.

- Lead end-to-end integration of software modules, third-party systems, and hardware interfaces.

- Ensure interoperability between multiple system components and external integrations.

- Resolve system-level technical challenges and integration bottlenecks.

Drive software quality initiatives including :

- Unit Testing

- Integration Testing

- Performance Testing

- Reliability Testing

- Identify and mitigate architecture risks early in the development cycle.

- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production/system issues.

- Work with product managers, business stakeholders, engineering teams, QA, and customers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Provide architecture recommendations, effort estimations, and technical roadmaps.

- Present technical solutions to leadership and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7-10 years of experience in software/system development with strong architecture experience.

Deep expertise in :

- Qt 5.x / 6.x

Strong understanding of :
