Role : System Administrator

Position : System Administrator

Location : Bengaluru / Hybrid (as applicable)

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and maintain Windows/Linux servers and IT infrastructure.

- Monitor system performance, availability, and security.

- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and network services.

- Perform system upgrades, patching, backups, and disaster recovery planning.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.

- Support virtualization and cloud environments.

- Implement security best practices and access management.

- Maintain system documentation and operational procedures.

Required Skills :

- Experience in System Administration and Infrastructure Management.

- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux Administration.

- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, VPN).

- Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization technologies.

- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP is an added advantage.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Red Hat, VMware, AWS, Azure) are preferred.
