Role Overview :

As a Microsoft Certified System Administrator, you will serve as a technical anchor for our clients' cloud environments, ensuring the seamless operation of their Microsoft 365 and Exchange infrastructures. You will work closely with cross-functional IT teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot complex issues, implement security best practices, and optimize collaboration tools. Your daily contributions will directly impact the productivity of end-users by maintaining high availability, robust security, and efficient messaging workflows across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 tenants to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance for enterprise users.

- Administer Exchange Online and on-premises Exchange Server environments, overseeing mail flow, security policies, and mailbox management.

- Configure and support SharePoint Online sites, managing permissions, storage, and collaboration features to enhance team productivity.

- Resolve escalated technical issues related to messaging, collaboration, and identity management to minimize downtime for business operations.

- Execute migration projects and configuration updates, ensuring minimal disruption to end-user services during infrastructure transitions.

- Monitor system health and security logs, proactively identifying and mitigating potential vulnerabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing Microsoft 365 environments, including deep knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams administration.

- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex messaging and collaboration issues, with a strong understanding of mail flow, DNS, and SMTP protocols.

- Exceptional analytical skills to diagnose system bottlenecks and implement effective, long-term technical resolutions.

- Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with stakeholders, document technical processes, and provide clear guidance to end-users.

- A collaborative mindset, capable of working within a fast-paced, hybrid work environment based in Bangalore.

- Possession of relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MS-203) that validate your technical proficiency in cloud administration.

- Minimum 4 to 7 years of professional experience in system administration, specifically within Microsoft-centric enterprise environments.
