System Administrator - ERP Platform

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and maintain BlackLine and other finance-related systems, ensuring smooth operations and uptime.

- Manage data integrity, workflows, and user access across finance applications.

- Implement and enforce system security policies and compliance standards.

- Perform troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system upgrades/patches.

- Collaborate with finance, IT, and other stakeholders to support ERP processes and reporting requirements.

- Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and best practices for system administration.

- Support data extraction, reporting, and automation initiatives using Excel and other tools.

- Assist in the integration of finance systems with other enterprise applications.

- Automation / Scripting : Basic scripting for workflows and reporting (PowerShell, Python optional)

Education & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in system administration, with strong exposure to finance applications (BlackLine and ERP).

- Proven experience in data management, system security, and process optimization
