We are seeking an experienced System Administrator with strong expertise in Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, and Windows 11 environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise Windows infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and operational efficiency across server and domain environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, implement, configure, and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) and DNS environments during infrastructure upgrades and migration projects.

- Identify, analyze, and resolve Active Directory replication and domain controller issues.

- Perform migration and upgrade activities for Windows Server environments, including migration to Windows Server 2019.

- Build and rebuild servers using customized enterprise images through Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).

- Prepare servers and validate prerequisite configurations before promoting systems as Domain Controllers.

- Execute scripts and diagnostic tools to collect Domain Controller information and generate project-specific reports.

- Perform port connectivity validation and analyze results to ensure seamless communication between infrastructure components.

- Manage patching activities and maintain staging server environments.

- Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and server-related issues across enterprise environments.

- Validate and verify monitoring, administration, and security tools installed on Domain Controllers.

- Participate in project planning, solution design discussions, and Agile/Scrum meetings.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and issue-resolution records.

- Proactively identify risks and escalate infrastructure issues during planned changes and migrations.

- Ensure adherence to enterprise security, compliance, and operational standards.
