Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and implement highly scalable, resilient, and performant enterprise applications.

- Break complex technical challenges into smaller, manageable functional components and drive end-to-end execution.

- Define and enforce architectural guidelines, coding standards, and best engineering practices.

- Evaluate and propose new technologies, tools, and frameworks to strengthen system reliability and scalability.

- Develop high-quality frontend applications using React.js or Angular, ensuring responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.

- Build robust backend services using C#, .NET Core, and microservice-based architecture.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs, service integrations, and internal/external communication layers.

- Implement clean, maintainable, and testable code across the full application stack.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, reliability, and scalability across cloud and on-premises environments.

- Identify and mitigate performance bottlenecks, system limitations, and architectural risks.

- Ensure application security by adhering to best practices such as secure coding, OWASP, and API hardening.

- Drive automated testing adoptionunit tests, integration tests, and functional teststo maintain product quality.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, UI/UX, DevOps, and QA to deliver features end-to-end.

- Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate product requirements into engineering deliverables.

- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for both frontend and backend systems.

- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

- Promote continuous improvement in development processes, release cycles, and engineering efficiency.

- Drive engineering culture through innovation, best practices, and ownership.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Technical Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

- 5+ years hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, and backend development.

- 4+ years experience building Single Page Applications (SPA) using React.js or Angular.

- Strong understanding of ASP.NET Core, OOP principles, SOLID, and design patterns.

- Proven experience in developing RESTful APIs using .NET Core Web API.

- Hands-on experience with ORMs such as Entity Framework Core, Dapper, etc.

- Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and ability to write cross-browser compatible code.

- Strong knowledge of MSSQL, T-SQL, performance tuning, and stored procedures.

- Experience building microservices using containerization and cloud-native architectures.

- Proficiency with version control systems such as GitHub, Bitbucket, or GitLab
