The ServiceNow Automation Developer is responsible for designing and implementing automation workflows that enable end-to-end automation of customer tickets and reduce engineering effort.

The role develops ServiceNow solutions and integrations that improve operational efficiency and support business objectives.

Mandatory Skills :

ServiceNow, Flow Designer, Process Automation Designer (PAD), Decision Builder, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, JavaScript, HTML, PowerShell

Role :

- Design and implement digital workflows using Flow Designer, Process Automation Designer (PAD), and Decision Builder.

- Build robust third-party integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.

- Develop integrations between ServiceNow, Active Directory, Office 365, and other systems to enable end-to-end automation.

- Develop PowerShell scripts to support integrations and automation requirements.

- Configure and optimize IT Service Management (ITSM) and custom App Engine applications.

- Ensure successful deployment of automation use cases to achieve required business objectives.

Education Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow configuration and development experience.

- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, REST/SOAP web services, and PowerShell.

- ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification preferred.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
