Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Support Engineer to manage IT systems, cloud infrastructure, and user support. You will ensure system availability, security, and compliance while driving efficiency and providing seamless technical support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage IT systems, servers, endpoints, and backups.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

- Administer Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, email).

- Manage AWS accounts, Workspaces, and user access.

- Oversee PAM tools and enforce security protocols.

- Monitor office networks, firewalls, and VPNs.

- Implement IT compliance and data security measures.

- Maintain documentation for systems and processes.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- 2-4 years in IT administration or support.

- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux and networking.

- Microsoft 365 and AWS user management skills.

- Familiarity with PAM tools and IT compliance frameworks.

- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications (M365, AWS SysOps, CompTIA Security+).

- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python).

- Startup exposure and long-term role stability.
