Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML- Technical Support Tier 2 Engineer to support and troubleshoot advanced AI/ML systems and cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in compute infrastructure, cloud platforms, and Generative AI technologies, along with hands-on experience in model development and deployment. This role involves diagnosing complex technical issues, supporting AI/ML workloads, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide Tier 2 technical support for AI/ML platforms and cloud-based solutions

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ML models, infrastructure, and applications

- Support Generative AI solutions including LLM-based systems

- Work with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Azure

- Diagnose issues in distributed systems, containers, and virtualized environments

- Collaborate with engineering teams to debug, optimize, and deploy ML models

- Analyze logs, metrics, and system behavior to identify root causes

- Follow and improve support methodologies, including case lifecycle management

- Ensure adherence to SLAs and support quality standards

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) :

Must-Have :

- Ideally should be at least 3 years of hands-on with Linux Infra

- Deep understanding of compute fundamentals (virtualization, OS, containers)

- Experience with GCP, AWS, Azure AI/ML services

- Generative AI & LLM experience (Vertex AI, Dialogflow, Gemini)

- ML model development and deployment

- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Jax, Ray, etc.

- Experience with TPUs/GPUs and model architectures (encoders, decoders, transformers)

- Troubleshooting code experience (Java, C, C++, Python, Shell, Go, JS)

- AIML experience model development/deployment

- Troubleshooting experience in diagnosis & issue resolution

- Support methodology knowledge (case lifecycle, analysis)

- Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer certification

- CEFR B2 Communication Proficiency
