Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Designer - Automated Release Management with strong expertise in Progress MOVEit Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting secure file transfer workflows and automation jobs across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement MOVEit Transfer and MOVEit Automation workflows.

- Develop and maintain automated file transfer jobs and integrations with upstream/downstream applications.

- Support onboarding of new applications, business units, and external partners onto the MFT platform.

- Participate in migration activities from other MFT tools to Progress MOVEit.

- Perform platform patching, upgrades, and version transition activities.

- Monitor and support production environments, ensuring high availability and issue resolution.

- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to file transfers, automation jobs, connectivity, and security configurations.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, operational runbooks, and KT artifacts.

- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and support teams for seamless integration and operations.

- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Must Have Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Progress MOVEit Transfer and MOVEit Automation.

- Strong understanding of secure file transfer protocols such as SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and SSH.

- Experience working in production support environments.

- Good understanding of security concepts including PGP encryption, SSH keys, and SSL/TLS certificates.

- Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server administration.

- Experience with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in MFT environments.

- Ability to manage secure file transfer workflows and automation jobs independently.

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience with enterprise MFT architecture and integrations.

- Knowledge of monitoring and scheduling tools.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
