Job Role : Azure DevOps Lead

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure automation, CI/CD implementation, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, GitLab, and Python and be capable of designing, deploying, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, automate, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Azure DevOps.

- Collaborate with Development and Operations teams to ensure reliable application deployments.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure and application performance.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation best practices.

- Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud architectures.

- Drive continuous improvements in deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to engineering best practices.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong DevOps experience in delivering production-grade software.

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.

- Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, and GitLab CI/CD.

- Proficiency in Python scripting.

- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, automation, security, and distributed systems.

- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
