Subject Matter Expert - Network Automation

Role Overview :

You will guide our network automation and AI initiatives with your deep knowledge of 4G/5G networks.

Responsibilities :

- Provide technical guidance and domain expertise for network automation and AI-driven projects

- Define telecom use cases, KPIs and operational workflows

- Support fault management, performance management and network optimization

Total Experience : 8 - 13 years

Must-have skills :

- Deep expertise in 4G/5G RAN and Core Network

- Strong understanding of network architecture, protocols and procedures

- Experience with operational best practices in multi-vendor environments

Good to have :

- AI/ML and Agentic AI applications in telecom operations, assurance, optimization and autonomous networks

- Telecom KPIs, PM/FM data, telemetry and analytics platforms

- Cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, APIs and microservices-based telecom solutions
