About the Role :

As the organizations go-to expert for Microsoft 365 + Entra ID, you will define architecture, secure identity lifecycles, modernize collaboration platforms, and drive enterprise-wide governance.

What You Will Own :

Architecture & Strategy (M365 + Entra) :

- Build and evolve architecture for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Purview & Defender suite.

- Lead identity & access strategy (hybrid identity, provisioning, governance, identity protection).

- Drive Zero Trust adoption across identity, devices, and applications.

- Evaluate and deploy advanced security & compliance capabilities across the M365 ecosystem.

M365 Platform Engineering :

- Administer and optimize EXO, Teams, SPO/OneDrive, Purview & M365 Groups.

- Manage policies, configurations, migrations, integrations & tenant-level governance.

- Support collaboration lifecycle and RBAC frameworks.

Entra ID (Azure AD) Engineering :

- Own authentication, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access & self-service capabilities.

- Lead IGA : access reviews, entitlement management, lifecycle workflows, PIM.

- Support application onboarding (SAML/OIDC/OAuth2).

- Maintain secure hybrid identity (Entra Connect/Cloud Sync).

Security, Compliance & Zero Trust :

- Implement MFA/Passwordless, app protection, identity protection & CA policies.

- Strengthen compliance using DLP, eDiscovery, retention & governance frameworks.

- Conduct tenant hardening, posture assessments, and continuous optimization.

Automation, Modern Work & Integrations :

- Automate using PowerShell & Graph API.

- Integrate device compliance with Intune & security platforms.

- Enable secure B2B, guest access & cross-tenant collaboration.

- Lead modernization initiatives (EXO/Teams/SPO migrations, identity rewrite).

L3/L4 Escalations & Documentation :

- Troubleshoot identity, mail flow, Teams/SPO, licensing & policy issues.

- Maintain runbooks, architectural diagrams & operational governance.

What You Bring :

- 7+ years of experience in M365 + Entra ID in enterprise environments.

Deep expertise in :

- Entra ID (Azure AD) & Conditional Access.

- Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.

- Microsoft Defender (Email, Identity, Apps, Endpoint).

- PowerShell & Graph API automation.

- Strong understanding of Zero Trust, identity security, hybrid identity & federation.

- Experience with DLP, eDiscovery & M365 governance.

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have) :

- MS-102 (M365 Admin).

- SC-300 (Identity & Access).

- MS-700 (Teams Admin).

- AZ-104 or SC-100.
