Striim is looking for a Principal Software Engineer who is ready to dive-in for a great learning experience in a truly start-up environment and want to make an impact for our Pivot to SaaS initiative.

Responsibilities :

As a Principal Software engineer you will design, develop, and debug software for distributed systems.

In this role, you will be a leading contributor both individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.

Requirements :

- 9-16 years of experience with advanced level understanding of Logical, Object-oriented design patterns, algorithms, data structures and distributed.

- Excellent knowledge of Object Oriented Programming such as Java.

- Technical background in data integration and query processing.

- Expertise in collaborating with different teams to solve problems and debugging/troubleshooting software.

- Should thrive working in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with other engineers.

Preferred Skills :

- Background in working with enterprise customers.

- Developing any data replication services would be a Plus.
