About the Role :

We're seeking an AI Agent (Copilot) to assist teams, enhance productivity, and automate workflows through intelligent support.

As an AI Copilot, you'll act as a digital collaboratorhelping users generate insights, streamline decision-making, and execute tasks faster using advanced AI technologies such as natural language processing, generative AI, and data analytics.

The ideal candidate (or system owner, if this is an AI deployment role) will be responsible for designing, training, and managing the Copilot's behavior to ensure it delivers accurate, context-aware, and human-aligned support across functions like marketing, operations, engineering, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Interaction & Support :

- Serve as a conversational and task-based assistant to internal teams or customers.

- Understand natural language queries, retrieve relevant data, and produce actionable outputs.

- Provide intelligent recommendations, generate summaries, and assist in documentation or analysis.

Workflow Automation :

- Automate repetitive tasks and integrate with tools such as CRM, ERP, or project management systems.

- Design and maintain conversational flows and prompt frameworks to improve task accuracy.

Continuous Learning & Optimization :

- Analyze user feedback and retrain models or prompts for better performance.

- Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to improve contextual understanding.

Ethical & Responsible AI :

- Ensure all AI interactions comply with company privacy, fairness, and transparency standards.

- Monitor for bias, hallucinations, and unintended behavior, and recommend mitigation strategies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, Cognitive Science, or related field.

- 2+ years working with AI/ML systems, chatbots, or automation tools (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft Copilot, or similar).

- Experience in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, or API-based AI integrations.

- Proficiency with Python, APIs, or low-code AI platforms.

- Familiarity with LLM architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.

- Understanding of UX for conversational interfaces.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and analytical thinking.

- High adaptability to emerging AI tools and frameworks.

- Strong ethical judgment in AI deployment.
