We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions using .NET, Python, and Node.js.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team mentoring and close collaboration with product and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end system design and application architecture for enterprise-grade solutions.

- Define technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines across teams.

- Make key technology and architectural decisions aligned with scalability, security, and performance goals.

- Design, develop, and review high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code using .NET, Python, and Node.js.

- Ensure adherence to clean code principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles.

- Perform code reviews and guide teams on performance optimization and best practices.

- Mentor and coach developers, fostering technical excellence and ownership.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver solutions on time.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and execution plans

- Oversee sprint planning, estimations, and delivery commitments in Agile environments.

- Support CI/CD pipelines, production deployments, and issue resolution.

- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and observability in production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- 10-12 years of experience in software development with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role.

- Strong hands-on experience with .NET (Core/Framework), Python, and Node.js.

- Experience designing distributed systems, APIs, and microservices architectures.

- Strong knowledge of RESTful services, asynchronous programming, and message-based systems.

Platform & Tools :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git)
