Job Description:

- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Storage Management with expertise in designing, planning, and implementing enterprise-scale storage solutions.

- Manage, administer, and troubleshoot Dell EMC VMAX3, PowerMax (PMAX), Pure Storage, and HPE Storage platforms.

- Implement and support TimeFinder Snap/Clone and SRDF-based replication technologies (SRDF/S, SRDF/A, SRDF/AR).

- Administer and troubleshoot Cisco and Brocade (Broadcom) SAN switches, including performance analysis and optimization.

- Manage SAN infrastructure components such as VSANs, ISLs, NPIV, Logical Fabrics, LSANs, and Context Switching.

- Utilize and support tools including DCNM, NDFC, SANnav, FOS, ACS Gateway, Unisphere, and Pure1.

- Perform storage provisioning, capacity management, and infrastructure performance tuning.

- Act as the highest level of technical escalation for critical production storage and SAN incidents.

- Participate in crisis management calls and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime and meet RTO requirements.

- Support 24x7 operations, including on-call and weekend support.

- Ensure storage availability, compliance, data protection, and operational excellence.

- Analyze complex infrastructure issues and provide proactive solutions and recommendations.

- Enterprise Block Storage Management: EMC VMAX, PMAX, XtremIO, Pure Storage, HPE Storage

- SAN Administration: Cisco, Brocade, Fibre Channel SAN architecture
