Role Overview :

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in storage technologies, server infrastructure, virtualization, backup solutions, and hybrid cloud environments. The role requires hands-on implementation experience along with architectural capabilities in designing scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead deployment and commissioning of Dell server environments

- Create High-Level Design (HLD) and LLD documents for infrastructure solutions

- Design scalable SAN, NAS, HCI, and VTL storage architectures

- Manage storage provisioning, replication, virtualization, tiering, and backup strategies

- Deploy and administer multi-vendor storage platforms including Hitachi, Dell EMC, NetApp, and HPE

- Ensure optimal performance, capacity planning, and availability of storage infrastructure

- Implement disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity solutions

- Integrate storage systems with compute, virtualization, and cloud environments

- Collaborate with cloud, network, and security teams for end-to-end infrastructure integration

- Deploy and manage virtualization and cloud orchestration frameworks

- Ensure infrastructure compliance with government and MEITY standards

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational workflows wherever applicable

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and storage-related issues

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to infrastructure teams

Key Result Areas (KRA) :

- High availability and optimized performance of storage and virtualization environments

- Achievement of disaster recovery and backup compliance objectives

- Timely delivery of infrastructure projects aligned with business and compliance requirements

- Reduction in infrastructure downtime and performance bottlenecks

- Effective implementation of scalable and secure hybrid cloud solutions

- Improved automation and operational efficiency across infrastructure management

- Compliance with MEITY and government cloud infrastructure standards

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in enterprise storage and server architecture

- Experience working in large-scale enterprise or cloud environments

- Relevant certifications such as :

1. SNIA Certified Storage Networking Expert

2. RHCSA OpenShift Administration (EX280)

- Equivalent enterprise storage certifications (Hitachi preferred)
