Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Storage & Backup Lead with hands-on expertise in enterprise storage administration and backup technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Dell EMC storage platforms, Pure Storage, Huawei Storage, Isilon, PowerMax, and VMAX environments, along with backup administration, disaster recovery, and team coordination.

Requirements :

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in enterprise Storage & Backup Administration.

- Strong hands on experience with Dell EMC Storage Administration, Dell EMC PowerMax & VMAX, Pure Storage Flash Array, Huawei Storage, Dell EMC Isilon (PowerScale), and Dell EMC Data Domain.

- Experience with SAN technologies (Fibre Channel, zoning, masking, multipathing).

- Knowledge of NAS administration and file storage management.

- Experience with storage replication and disaster recovery.

- Strong understanding of backup and recovery concepts.

- Hands-on experience with storage monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning.

- Proficiency in Linux/Unix command-line administration.

- Scripting knowledge (Shell/PowerShell) is preferred.

- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
